The Human Experience

We are all searching for answers to the most basic questions: Who are we? Why are we here? Do we really matter?

In a world fraught with hostility and violence, an altruistic group of young men endeavor to understand the true essence of the human spirit by visiting forgotten souls such as homeless New Yorkers, Peruvian orphans and isolated Ghanaian lepers. By spotlighting heartwarming stories from around the world, this uplifting documentary shows viewers that every single person, no matter his or her lot in life, is beautiful. Gorgeously filmed and masterfully narrated, THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE explores with depth and compassion what it means to be a human being.

Features insight and commentary from spiritual leaders and philosophers including: Anna Halpine, Dr. William Hurlbut, Rabbi Simon Jacobson, Dr. Alveda King, and Rev. Richard Neuhaus

Admissions

Admissions is a short film starring Academy Award® nominee James Cromwell that tells a transformational tale about what it takes to find lasting peace. Featuring an Israeli couple and a Palestinian, this modern parable is set in the Admissions Room for the afterlife. Its purpose is to start a conversation that heals.

Celebration of Light 2015

It is that time of the year again.

The weather is getting colder.

The nights are getting longer.

The holiday season is almost upon us.

That can mean only one thing...

That's right - It's almost time for our annual Celebration of Light.

Barb and Neal have been hard at work putting together a spectacular program for us.

Remember to bring your friends, bring your good cheer, and come ready to celebrate the season.

Barb and Neal might even let our very own Dr. Kenn share his inspiring message again this year.

The Celebration of Light is Coming!

It's Almost Here!

December 22nd brings the return of our annual Celebration of Light. I love this evening of music and an inspiring message because it often draws in family and friends we may not have seen for a while. In fact, that is the theme this year - Please Come Home for the Holidays.

It doesn't matter if you have missed the last 2 Sunday Celebrations or the last 200. We would love to see you! It doesn't matter if you haven't taken a class in a while - or ever. We would love to see you. It doesn't matter why you have been away or for how long. We would just love to see you. It doesn't matter if you have only been here once. We would love to see you.

Join us all on December 22nd to celebrate the holidays with an evening of fantastic music and an inspiring message. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring yourself - home for the holidays.

There is an opportunity to donate gift cards or cash to H.O.P.E Outreach.
